Ashlee was killed by her husband in what police say was a murder-suicide.

Her son was also shot by his father, but is expected to recover.

A neighbor’s security camera picked up moments from Ashlee’s last day. Around 10 hours after they were seen walking past in football jerseys, the camera recorded three loud gunshots, followed by a pause, then another single gunshot.

Ashlee’s family remembers her as a compassionate and devoted mother to her son, Maverick.

“She was a vibrant, loving, and caring individual. She loved life and everything it had to offer. Singing and dancing were her passions. Dedicated mom to Mavy, she loved her son with all her heart,”

“She was always available for anyone who needed her and touched many lives. She will be greatly missed by many but never forgotten.”

“Ashlee was a natural performer, she and her other three siblings were known for performing at get togethers and other events.”
