The body of Alexis Schuler was found in Devontae Gray’s home on January 19. She had been missing for around a week when she was found.

Authorities found what they referred to as a “makeshift tomb,” hidden behind a newly constructed wall in his home.

He had stuffed her body in a plastic storage bin and then poured concrete around the bin before putting up the drywall with fake bricks. Alexis’s body was recovered under a “large amount of soil and hay,
He later admitted to shooting her “two to three times”

It’s not clear if they were involved romantically at the time of her death but they did share a child.
