Miljka Maksic was killed by her husband in Florida.

Miljka was discovered with a revolver in her left hand. She had suffered gunshot wounds to the cheek and the back of the head.
Upon further investigation it was found that her husband staged the scene to make it look like she took her own life.

A medical examiner found that Miljka had been shot twice: once in the left side of the head and once in the back of the head, the latter being the shot that killed her.

“It’s worth noting the firearm was discovered in the decedent’s left hand, which is inconsistent with the path of the fatal projectile,” police said. Investigators concluded Miljka Maksic couldn’t have fired the deadly shot.
