Chartara, known to her family as “Vetra,” was originally from Augusta, Georgia and moved to the Charlotte area because she got a promotion at work.

Chartara was a Division Manager for Waffle House and regularly attended church where she served on the Youth Choir.

She was a mom to 4 children.
