Cheyenne was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds.

The suspect fled the scene but was found and arrested two weeks later.

“Her fiery spirit matched her long red hair. She loved unconditionally and was unapologetically herself. She truly left her sparkle wherever she went.” her family said.
