Felicia was fatally shot in the face, allegedly by one of two brothers who are the sons of a local pastor. The suspect told police that he shot at her after she fired a shot at him during an argument.

The incident unfolded in what police are calling a “domestic dispute,” with one of the brothers claiming self-defence.

“She was known for her kind heart and gentle nature”. Felicia worked in healthcare and was a mother to 4 children and grandmother to 3.
