Jocelyn was shot and killed by her brother.

He also shot his parents, age 56 and 54. They were both injured but survived.

He told detectives he was fed up after years of being bullied by his family.

He later walked into the Police station and said he “shot someone” before confessing to the attack.

He told police that the other members of his family had just returned from a month long trip to Mexico earlier that day. He explained that his family often “ganged up on him because he is unemployed and he felt they bullied him.”
