Pattie was shot and killed by her husband at their home.

According to a witness, Pattie and her husband got into an argument. When the witness left the home, she heard a single gunshot. She ran back inside to find Pattie on the floor outside of the master bedroom, bleeding from a gunshot wound.

When deputies arrived, they forced their way inside and found Brian dead, lying on the floor of the master bedroom next to a handgun, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Investigators said when the couple’s argument escalated, Brian took out the handgun and shot his wife, before turning the same gun on himself.
