Anisa was killed in her home by her boyfriend, she was shot once in the back of her head. She was taken to the hospital where she died two days later.

She was 15 weeks pregnant at the time and was also a mother to kids aged two, three, and six years old.

“She loved everybody unconditionally,” her sister said.

Anisa had only known the suspect for about three months and lived together off and on for at most a month. He claimed a stranger shot Anisa and left.
